USA Delivery
Standard USA shipping is $8.00. Delivery times within the USA are usually 4 to 9 days. Orders received before 12pm EDT are usually shipped the next working day. This service is subject to delays at the USPS processing facilities in New Jersey and throughout the USA, due to Covid-19. Please select the Expedited service should you not be able to accept potential delays.
Expedited Standard USA shipping is $12.00. Delivery times within the USA are usually 1 to 4 days. Orders received before 12pm EDT are usually shipped the same day.
Overnight shipping (next day) is charged at $30.00 per order and is operated by UPS. Please note that the cutoff time for next day delivery is 12pm EDT. Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.
Overnight Saturday shipping (next day) is charged at $50.00 per order and is operated by UPS. Please note that the cutoff time for next day delivery is 12pm EDT.
Overnight services cannot delivered to P.O Box's.
Untracked USA shipping is $3.99 and is only available on certain low value items. Delivery times within the USA are usually 4 to 10 days. Orders received before 12pm EDT are usually shipped the next working day.
Third Party Shipping charges are added to an order when there is an item that is not shipped from the New Jersey warehouse, but a different location. This very rarely happens.
Latin America Shipping
Standard shipping is $30.00 per order. Delivery times to Latin America are usually 7-30 days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock.
All import duties and tax's are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
Our No Nonsense Return Policy
Take it home and try it on for size! We cover shipping back to you on your first exchange and offer a no nonsense 30 day return / exchange period.
All items must be returned in new condition. Please do not remove the tags! Do not send any items back without a valid RMA.
In compliance with local legislation and for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on knickers, panties, hosiery or face masks. There are no exceptions to this rule. Damaged or dirty items may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
