A corset in every sense of the word, but with a unique twist and the finest of detail. This corset differentiates itself by not having a steel front fastening (busk), but has a side zip, to allow the wearer to get in and out of the corset easily. The adjustable straps offer valuable support and security.

Made from heavy weight duchess satin brocade cloth, this is a custom cloth and is not openly available. The unique brocade design was especially designed by a family of artisans for the manufacturer of this corset. The  duchess satin brocade is lined on the inside with 100% cotton twill. The twill as well as reinforcing the corset also increases comfort and keeps the wearer cool.

When decorating this unique corset the manufacturer decided only the finest French Guipure lace would do justice to this corset.  It has been used lovingly on the hem, bust and straps, sparing no expense.

There are a total of 11 steel bones in this corset, all positioned to in such a way as to flatter the silhouette of the wearer. The bones are designed and positioned in the garment to help the wearer achieve the much sought after hour glass figure, if so desired, by cinching the waist which helps accentuate the breasts and hips. The front of the corset does not have a steel front closure, popularly reffered to as a busk.

The back of this corset is lace up and has an optional modest panel, which can be used to cover any skin exposed under the laces.

The steel bones have been used as opposed to plastic to ensure longevity of the corset. Plastic bones tend to either warp or snap after a short period of time and then become uncomfortable for the wearer. Nor do they have the ability to flatter a silhouette the way a steel bone corset does.

The corset comes with four detachable suspenders.

This corset is sized according to both waist and dress size. It is advisable that you buy according to your waist size, not dress size. This corsets should be ordered a maximum of 2 inches (5cm) smaller than the natural waist size. e.g. a 26" waist should order a 24" corset.
